iDS is provided as SaaS (Software as a Service). The installation is done on our servers in secure data centers. This format, also known as Cloud Computing, allows you to benefit from an enterprise level software system at the fraction of the cost needed to run using your own IT resources.

Clients:

Clients connect to iDS using any W3C compliant browser regardless of operating system or platform. All connections are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to ensure connections and data exchanges are secure.

Servers:

INCENT uses the the Microsoft Server platform to provide secure and reliable access to iDS. The data is managed on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and the application is based on ASP.NET 3.5.

Intranet Installations:

Letting INCENT run and manage your software on our servers is secure and the cost effective way of benefitting from the power of iDS. However, INCENT supports intranet installations for select clients which might be concerned with control of data security.
