INCENT provides services to assist our customers in the implementation of our Idea Management Software systems. INCENT has begun its partner initiative to establish a network in order to provide Idea Management consulting and training as well as to extend our geographic footprint.

Our partner program is designed to provide best-in-class services while increasing value to our mutual customers. Our program allows us to expand our ability to engage customers directly while keeping our system offerings competitively priced. It also allows our partners to expand their product offerings. Our Mission is to assist clients with a holistic approach in the implementation of Sustainable Business Solutions to reduce the impact on the environment, tangible and intangible waste using a methodology that includes Lean, Six Sigma and Green tools. Deliverables include a process improvement roadmap and action plan to attain maximum stakeholder's satisfaction, cost reductions, higher profits and ROI on funds employed. This is done through a series of intense focusing workshops and training. We will develop the process improvement roadmap and action plan that is unique to your organization and provide the results that will meet your expectations.
